Parents/Volunteers

     

 To volunteer for any school district function where you interact with kids you must fill out a background check sheet.  This year, the district has converted to a simplified form that you can fill out online.  Click here www.cfbisd.edu/volunteer.

If you haven’t joined the Theatre / Debate Booster Club it is not too late!  Online membership forms are available on our website at: www.creekviewforensics.org. You can even pay with a credit card or PayPal or contact Cindy King at 972-245-8512.
